Fully compliant and legally secured BNG units

Our units are secured through a Section 106 agreement with the Local Planning Authority (LPA). The agreement provides a clear and robust legal framework for unit sales directly to developers. This enables the LPA to confidently accept the units and helps streamline the discharge of BNG planning conditions.

In addition, our BNG Supply and Assurance Agreements transfer the long-term habitat delivery and management responsibilities from the developer to us. All units are also registered on Natural England’s official Biodiversity Gain Site Register, ensuring full compliance with national BNG requirements.
